The Fengxi Warlord Has Been Dominating The Chifeng (Country) Area (from 1921 To 1933)

From 1921 to 1933, the ChiFeng(country) area is mostly controlled by the FengXi warlord. On this stage, the political situation changed frequently, the rural economics went into bankruptcy, the business destited, the finance blocked, the banditry was serious, the education developed slowly in the area.This article composed four parts. The first chapter Summarizes the political situation have been changing and the stratocracy have been governing in the 1921 to 1933. The second chapter is the important point of the article. It discusses the economy of the ChiFeng (country) area. The economy part contains the agriculture, the business and the finance. The agriculture main contains the tax of the agriculture collection, the army provisions distribution, the farmer escaping and the opium growth. The business main contains the reason of the business declined; it is the infections of the war, a great variety of the taxes were collected and the warlord' s ruling. The finance main discusses the reason of the finance blocked, what measures were took by the government in order to neaten the finance and the infections to the business and people as the finance blocked over a long period of time. The third chapter Summarizes the education of the ChiFeng (country) area in the 1921 to 1933. The fourth chapter discusses the law_and_order situation of the ChiFeng (country) area in the 1921 to 1933.Generally speaking, people's life was very distress.
