This paper ia a part of the study about the History of the Missionary Cases. The main concern is the Qing Center and Fujian local Government's policy and administration measures to Christianity in Qing dynasty's different stages. The policy and administration measures to Christianity can be generally separated into three different stages that contain Shun-Kang,Yong-Qian-Jia-Dao and Late Qing. In these stages, how to treat the Christianity? What policy and administration measures have been used? This paper basicly used the productions and studying methods of both the Fujian Local History and History of the Missionary Cases, and put the policy and administration measures in order. This paper sum up the policy and administration measures of different stages. The author hope this paper can answer some questions about Christianity history in China and take some help to the study of China Missionary Cases history.
