Based on its profuse contents and abstruse thoughts, Genghis khanimperial edict was one crucial part of his guiding ideology to govern theempire. The main ideology of imperial edict, originated and wasdeveloped from the warfare which had happened among the Mongoliatribes and its objective was to unify these tribes, to consolidate the empiregovernment and to build the basic foundation for nation communities.This study was conducted by using the achievements of other researchersfor reference and material analysis methods, etc.Considering the history background and different development states,the objective of this study focused on researches of basic content of theimperial edict and the way how to execute it. In the meanwhile, thecharacteristics and effects of imperial edict were also exhibited in thisarticle. Genghis khan imperial edict included law, order and his individualspeeches. On One side, the twisting experiences of Genghis khan were themost important objective substructures to form, develop and mature theimperial edict, and on the other side, his outstanding personal qualitiescontributed the subjective Conditions to the formation of his ideologysystem.The way of which farsighted imperial edict had been completelyfulfilled and developed was from availability of imperial edict and its rationality. Through the study, Genghis khan imperial edict mainly paidattention to practicality, humanization and democracy system, whichacted as the creed to maintain Mongolian community in integrity.Genghis khan imperial edict not only had the great contributions tocurrent management science, and it also provided the great availablepractical influences on China contemporary constructions anddevelopment.
