| As an important tool for the government to deal with national affairs,the imperial edict writing in parallel style affects the official career of scholars.In ancient China,style,also known as "physique",refers to the whole picture of a work,the physique characteristics of a writer’s work,or the overall style of mainstream works in a certain period.Studying the parallel style features of imperial edict prose of one dynasty can not only understand the imperial edict prose with personal style,but also understand the characteristics of parallel prose more specifically.This paper mainly discusses the style of the parallel style imperial edict in the Northern Song Dynasty from three aspects: the background of the reform of the parallel style imperial edict in the Northern Song Dynasty,the transformation of the parallel style imperial edict in the Northern Song Dynasty,and the parallel style imperial edict written by Hu Su and Ouyang Xiu.The first chapter discusses the reform of the imperial edict of parallel style in the Northern Song Dynasty: on the one hand,it puts the parallel style imperial edict in the Northern Song Dynasty under the background of the development of the parallel style imperial edict in the Northern Song Dynasty to investigate its practical effect;on the other hand,under the promotion of the imperial examination system and the system of selecting officials,under the impact of the ancient culture movement,the author specifically investigates the outstanding achievements of all the people represented by Ouyangxiu.Chapter two,the literary view and writing style of Husu parallel style imperial edict: firstly,the paper discusses Hu Su parallel style imperial edict from the political and literary and Taoist ideas,then analyzes its basic writing methods from its style,and finally elaborates its artistic characteristics.Chapter three,the literary view and writing style of the imperial edict of Ouyangxiu: firstly,the author discusses his prose in the whole from the political and literary ideas of the imperial edict,then analyzes its basic writing methods from its style,and finally elaborates its artistic characteristics.The fourth chapter,from the style change of Hu Su and Ouyang Xiu’s parallel style imperial edict,discusses the evolution of the Northern Song Dynasty’s parallel style imperial edict: the prosperity of Zhen and Ren dynasties is the glorious period of the Northern Song Dynasty’s "four six" creation.Hu Su,who is extremely knowledgeable and knowledgeable,undertakes the creation of laws and regulations,which makes the "four six" works show the characteristics of "elegance and beauty".Later,Ouyang Xiu skillfully used the familiar prose to realize the perfect compatibility of parallel prose and prose.Hu Su and Ouyang Xiu had their own merits in writing imperial edicts.Hu Gong was rigorous and meticulous,and he made great achievements.Ougong was euphemistic and got rid of the four six one formula.By comparing their style of parallel style imperial edict,this paper discusses the evolution of parallel style imperial edict in Northern Song Dynasty.The parallel style imperial edict in the Northern Song Dynasty was no longer limited to four or six sentences,but experienced the process from parallel sentences to four character whole sentences and then to scattered sentences.In terms of allusion,he gradually got rid of the writing method of multi use and good use of allusions.Instead,he added more argumentative words into the parallel style imperial edict,with flat and narrow tones and occasional coordination. |
