Abstract Of Research On Agricultural Production In Revolutionary Base Of Chuan Shan

In the period of the Second Revolutionary Civil War,under the leadership of the Central Party Committee,the Red Fourth Army together with the local parties and masses founded the Chuanshan Revolutionary Base in the joint boundary of Sichuan Province—Shanxi Province,namely ,Chuanshan Soviet Area. Chuanshan Soviet Area is the second largest one next to the Central Revolutionary Base during the Second Civil War.Its existence and development had great important position in promoting the advancing of entire country's revolutionary straggle.In the more than two years of Chuanshan Soviet Area's existence ,it got great successful development.The reason is that not only a great many driectors and fighters straggled courageously,but every rank government of Soviet Area also laid down all kinds of policies of economic construction. After entering into the Chuanshan Soviet Area,the Red Fourth Army straggled against the rivals to solidify and expand the Chuanshan Soviet Area, at the same time ,they all spared no efforts to develop the productive force. Sothat agriculture industry transportation, and so on all got much improvement.Especially, agriculture was excellent, the full development of which met the urgent needs of grains ,so as to ensure the logistics'supplies of back government and front fighters,which was a crucial factor in fighting back enemies'military assault and guarding the safety of Soviet Area.Many sound policies and series of practical measures were carried out by Soviet Area to develop agricultural productive force,so that many businesses of Soviet Area were developed to some extent,such as animal husbandry forestry irrigation works.The achievement of economic construction won the praise of the Central Party Committee,Comrade Mao Zedong once said : the agricultural harvestes of Chuanshan Soviet Area was better!.This paper from five aspects to describe the agricultural production problem and its major achievements in Revolutionary Base ,in which the policies and measures are given special emphasis.Although Soviet Area was surrounded tightly by enemies at that time ,agricultural production still got great development.I think this benefit from the right policies and measures.From present viewpoint to look into those measures,we can reveal its historic meaning and realistic enlightened meaning.
