Values is not only the center of culture, but also the vital concept of individual mental world. Values of individual or group's reflect the mental condition of personal and groups' behavior or society. More important, it can restrict the development of individual or group society explaining and perfecting. An implicit value is the format or level of values. To study the implicit value not only riches the meaning of values, but also develops the structure of values. Furthermore, it develops the contents of implicit society cognitive. To learn the implicit value of college students can provide the reference to the educators.This study use the exports' evaluation, experiment and questionnaire. We got the 60 words of goal values and instrumental. Then, there were become the PDP experiments material. In the PDP, we confirm the implicit value being. GNAT has two designed ways. The first design was to analysis and explains using signal examination, theory. The second design was the other form of IAT, using reaction time experiment. We learned the function of implicit value from the first design of GNAT. Combing the GNAT with questionnaire, we explored the structure of implicit value and explicit values. The last part, we certify the relationship between values and life satisfaction, based on GNAT, questionnaire of values and life satisfaction, using experiment to 105 college students of Shanxi University. The result showed:1. There were significant difference between the contribution of consciousness and the contribution unconsciousness on different material. The contribution of consciousness was lower than the unconsciousness. The implicit values and explicit values were independent. The implicit value was being dissociation and the implicit value was being.2. Participation's d' of values words reaction tine incompatible combine experiment was higher than in incompatible combine task.. Participation had the positive attitude toward to the goal values words and instrumental values words. The evaluation of individual implicit value was prone to positive. The function of implicit value was positive too.3. There were significant differences on reaction tine of values in different tasks. The reaction time in compatible combine task was lower than incompatible combine task.4. We disused the scores of explicit values factors into two parts. They were the higher class and lower class. The results showed that there was no difference on implicit value factor. There were no relation between implicit values scores and explicit value score. Their structure was different.5. Life satisfaction higher score subjects and lower score subjects accepted both GNAT and explicit values measure. The result showed: the explicit values of higher class individuals was significantly higher than that of the lower class ones; there was no significant difference between the higher class individual and the lower individuals on implicit value; the implicit value of the higher individuals was inclined to be higher than the explicit value, while the situation for the lower individuals was just on the contrary; the discrepancy between implicit value and explicit values differed significantly between the higher class and the lower class.
