The self-efficacy has the varying degree influence to study behavior, the task selection as well as establishing the individual interior goal. Utilizing the self-efficacy theory to instruct vocal learning behavior in normal college. Analyzing the self-efficacy information of vocal learning in normal college and teaching process. Adopt effective intervention means to cultivate positive self-efficacy of vocal learning .The research on self-efficacy of vocal learning in normal college, which is suitable in stimulateing motivation of students'vocal learning , vocal learner can enhance one's learning ability and emotional control by self-evaluating and self-regulating the vocal learning process.comprehensive regulating and controling their own learning activities.This paper is divided into four parts .The first part : Proposing self-efficacy theory. distincting the concept associated with it.pointing out the self-efficacy research significance of vocal learning and teaching in normal college .The second part: Analyzing the reason of self-efficacy information of vocal learning in normal college .Describing the difference through the vocal learning process in normal college.The third part: According to the self-efficacy theory ,combing with the disciplinary of vocal teaching and learning in normal college proposing efficient educational strategiesThe fourth part: Discussed how to complement and reasonable use self-efficacy in vocal teaching and learning...
