In 21st century, the culture grate power will become the economy grate power. These years, cultural industry is taken as the mainstay of economy in some nations and regions. Cultural products, taking place of manufacturing products, are becoming the most important export items in some developed countries. China is a civilization with long history. Despite the favorable trade surplus, China has continuously suffered from a huge "deficit" in terms of cultural products, which doesn't match the extensiveness and intensiveness of Chinese culture. It is our opportunity to intensify our cultural industry and international competitive power.The research of cultural industry is popular these years both home and abroad. A lot of researchers make efforts on that, however, they haven't come with a systemic scheme. This article makes a normative research on the exportation of Chinese cultural products, and sets up the Export Promotion of Chinese Culture Products Model which has a definite object in view. Hope it can advance the competitive power of culture, and make China steadily becoming a country with strong Cultural industry. This model helps to analyze the difficulties in Chinese culture trade, and bring forward relevant settlements.This model uses the exportation of Chinese cultural products as a thread, including the whole process from resources exploitation, goods production to marketing. Government in the whole process of cultural products exportation plays a leading role on both macroeconomic and microeconomic. Corporations are the main force in the whole process which take the demand of the market as a guide, improving the management and provides the capital base for the development of culture industry. Through the unremittingly efforts from both government and corporations in every process, and rely on the action of people and exportation flat, finally come to the harmonious estate with developed industrial aggregation and economy prosperity.Wish it can inspire readers to go on research on the export promotion of Chinese cultural products.
