The Strategy Study Of Cultural Heritage Protection In Changsha

Changsha,one of the first batch of state-level historical and cultural cities that the State Council announced in 1982.Compared to other cities in the central region, the cultural heritage protection work in Changsha was carried out in satisfaction. However,in the protection of cultural heritage,there are many problems such as old conception,severely damaged,unreasonable system,ineffectiveness and so on,which has seriously restricted the Changsha's economic and social development.The protection of cultural heritage is an important subject and the vast majority of governments around the world and the heritage protectors must be faced.In this paper, hased on the perspective of research strategy,the comprehensive of management and heritage,for the purpose of protection of cultural heritage,to integrate theory with practice-oriented,I conducted a systematic research on the complex issue of the protection of cultural heritage.In this paper,the concept of cultural heritage has been defined,and its attribute,characteristics,the value expression form had been theoretical summed up and analyzed.And also,I had made a thorough diagnosis to Changsha cultural heritage.Protection's present situation and the existed question,and the summary on the advanced experience and the protective measures internationally.Then I put forward the idea and strategy to strengthen the work of protecting cultural heritage Changsha,which provided a theoretical reference for Changsha adapted to new trend of globalization conform to the protection of cultural heritage.
