In this paper, we studied the question pronoun focus of the special indicate rhetorical question from three points of view: first, the point of rhetorical tone expresses negation; second, diachronic; the third, cognitive point. Then we draw a conclusion that question pronoun might become the focus of the special indicate rhetorical question. We also discussed the factors those can affect the degree of the rhetorical, and these factors are the factors which can affect the degree of the character of interrogative pronouns. We think that when the question pronoun becomes the focus, to the speaker, the answer of the interrogative pronoun is doubtless, so, the stronger the"interrogative"tone is, the stronger the rhetorical tone is, and the more protruding the character of the interrogative pronoun is. Furthermore, we gave a formula as follow: F=W/H (F represents the degree of rhetorical represents the degree of interrogative, H represents the doubtless meaning of some rhetorical). The second factor is if there is modal words, the last factor we discussed is if there is parentheses. We can come to a conclusion that the character of the same interrogative pronoun is different in degree when it is in different rhetorical questions, the character of a certain interrogative pronoun is not aptotic, and it is variational. The last part of this paper is remaining discussion. In this part, we discussed the focus of the special rhetorical question except the question pronoun mainly.
