Research On The Contrast Between Rhetorical Question Of Korean And Chinese

Language is the most important tool of human communication.In da ily life,we use language to communicate every day.Interrogative sen tences play an important role in thinking and communication.As a kin d of interrogative sentence,the rhetorical question is stronger in t one and can more accurately express its own point of view.This paper is divided into four parts,the main content is as follows:The first chapter is the introduction of this paper,which mainly includes the research objective,research object and research method of this paper,and introduces the previous research status related t o this paper.The second chapter is mainly about the characteristics of Korean and Chinese rhetorical questions,and summarizes the concept and cate gory of Korean and Chinese rhetorical questions respectively.The third chapter focuses on the realization methods of rhetorica 1 questions in Korean and Chinese.That is to say,it analyzes and st udies how to construct rhetorical questions in Korean and Chinese thr ough vocabulary and syntax respectively.In terms of vocabulary,Kore an mainly through the question words,adverbs and other words to form a rhetorical question,Chinese is mainly through the interrogative p.ronoun,interrogative adverbs,auxiliary verbs and other words to for m a rhetorical question.In the aspect of syntax,this paper analyzes the syntactic structure of the rhetorical question in Korean and Chi nese with examples,describes the formal characteristics of the rheto rical question in detail as far as possible,and points out some form al marks of the rhetorical question.And through the comparison of rh etorical questions in China and South Korea,find out their similarit ies and differences.The fourth chapter is the conclusion part.This paper makes a detailed comparative analysis of the character istics of Korean rhetorical questions and Chinese rhetorical question s in terms of vocabulary and syntax.By comparing the two languages,we can find out their similarities and differences,which not only en ables us to have a deeper understanding of the two languages,but als o contributes to the study of grammar and the teaching of linguistics.It is hoped that this paper can help Korean learners to be proficien t in the use of rhetorical questions and provide some help for the co mparative study of Korean and Chinese rhetorical questions in the fut ure.
