Research On Dang Huai Ying Jin Dynasty

Taian and the Mountain Tai,as a famous historical and cultural city and mountain,has given birth to many famous persons in history.Dang huaiying, well-known literary man and states man in the Jin Dynasty was among them. However,for many reasons,research on Dang has been less.According to relevant document and inscription on the tablets,this paper holds that Dang huaiying was born in the southern Fengfu County(now Taian City,Shandong)in the Tianhui 11^th year(AD1133)during Jin Taizong's regime,ancestral home in Mayi County(now Shanxi province).After his father died in office,his mother had her three sons taught in the Shandong province.The Huangtong 5^thyear,Dang was taught poem by liu zhan, about the Zhenyuan 2^ndyear,taught verse by Cai Songnian,together with,Xin qiji,well-known verse man.They were called "Xin,Dang" at that time.At the end of Zheng Long,Wan yanliang invaded the south,they parted for their own political future,so Xin was well-known in the Song dynasty,Dang stayed to serve Jin.In the Da Ding 3th year(AD1163),Dang got first in the Dong Fu exam,but failed in the following Hui and Yu exam,so that he went back to hometown.He led a frece and easy sort of life at the foot of Culai mountain,never troubled much about stateaffairs.Dang huaiying succeeded in the Jiake exam,appointed the position of ChengYangJun,and then promoted to the head of Ru'in County.Dang was transferred to the capital holding important positions,such as conpisor of the State history academy,member of the Impeial Academy.In the Taihe 3^rdyear,he reached the best in his official career,and then resigned to go back to Taian,his hometown.He died on sep.18^th,in the Daan 2^ndyear(AD1210)at the age of 78,respectfully called "Wenxian".Dang huaiying wrote many theories and compositions,for many reasons,after his death less handed down.Present compositions including 65 poems in "zhong zhou verse 3 rd","the whole Jin poem" 8 th,2 poems,all 67 poems.Intersting garden poem,one "zhong zhou verse 1 st" morning poem,one total 69 poems.In addition, "zhong zhou yue fu","the whole Jin poem and Yuan verse" 5 verse,the best compositions selected his 13 compositions.Dang huaiying,carring on some ideas hand down from Han Yu,Shi Jie since the Tang and Song dynasties,flaunted Confucianism tradition,actively paradised the bene volent gonernment opposed rule by force of pillage.He advocated enlightening the people by education of ceremony and propriety and running school to train the intellectural,carring out the golden mean of the confu clan school and the Three religious existing at the same time.In titerature,he maintained the direct and natural style and grently influented the Middle age of the Jin dynasty.From his life,office career and idea,Dang had the idea of virture expocending ideas in writing,and enterprising acamedic research and exploring spirit.His peaceful and optimistic attitude towards life was also typical.Anyhow,we think Dang,in spite of doubt in the following age was an out standing writer historian artist and statesman.
