The Investigation About The Implementation Of The Status Quo Of The Music Course Reform

In recent years, China has been accelerating the devlopment of the vacational education rapidly. The national vacational educational conference which was convened by the state council in 2006 is a crutial one. It has implemented the experience of the 5^th plenary session of the 16^th CPC central committee and mobilized the government at all levels and all walks of life to push forward the development of the vacational education. And the state council also distributed the document named . This conference and the decision printed before the conference has further ensured the position and the role of the vocational education in the development of the natioanl economy and educational work and put forward our task of national vocational educational reform and development and a series of policies and measures in later years.The conference has emphasized more the essentiality of the vocational education. It has proposed the target about the reform and development of the vocational education in the eleventh five- year plan in a later period: the establishment and.the accomplishment of a system, the further promotion of the two systems, and the implementation of the massive contributions and the quality and efficiency goals. There is particularly owned the 'four projects', 'four plans'. The four projecs means to implement thet training and fostering project of the national craftsmanlike talents, to bring the training project of the transference of the national rural labor forces into effect, to put the training project of the rural practical talents into practice and to actualize the further education of the adults focus on improving the vocational skills and the re-employment training project.Through the implementation of the 'four projects' to give a boost to the vocational education for our new type of the industralized road and the transference of the national rural labor forces and the building of the socialist new country and the improvement of the labor quality especially the vocational capability. 'Four plans'mean to continuing implement the plan of the vocational education training bases construction, to further establish 2000 vocational education training bases with fairly complete specilized fields, sophisticated equipment and the shared excellent resources in the major specilized fields; to further implement specialized constrction plan of the vocational education centre in county level, and to mainly assit the constrction of the 1000 county vocational education centre; to implement the constrction plan of the vocational educational exemplary colleges, and focus on the establishment of the 1000 secondary exemplary colleges and 100 highly xemplary colleges with skil-intensive talents; to implement the plan about the improvement of the teaching quality of the vocational colleges, which requires the local financial departments continuing support the training base construction of the teachers cultivation and training, to strengthen the establishment of the double-quality teachers. We should further enforce the infrastructure construction and dedicate to the quality of the school running of the vocational colleges.Based on the above updated policies, this article has investigated the status quo of the Hohhot vocational college under the guideline of the new policies through the implementation of the reform of the music course and adopt the interviewing method, questionaire method and analytical method of the materials. Such as the character and the change of the educational philosophy of the music education of the vocational education; whether the way of the music education in line with the current scientific development; the quality of the teachers: the new teaching philosophy brings a new vision of the music education, which needs qualified teachers possess brand-new and modern knowledge structure. Located in a underdeveloped region, the way of the schllo running and the steup of the carriculum has been restricted by the panned economy in our college with lagging reform and slow developmement, particularly the implementation of the music education has still remain the pure theoretical knowledge teaching. This article has made some significance in summarizing and analyzing the reform and development of the music course under the guideline of the new policy through the analysis and the investigation of the status quo in Hohhot vocational college.
