At the present stage, the differences of family's social economic status exists as an objective fact, the relationship between family's social economic status and student's development draws a lot of attention from domestic and international researchers. In this research, we adopted questionnaires to study the influence of family's social economic status on peer's relationship by parenting style and students' delinquent conduct. The research subjects are 14 classes' students of Grade One and Grade Two from the First Senior High School of Qidong , Hengyang City, the First Senior High School of Yizhang, Chenzhou City, the First Senior High School of Miluo. The main results are as following:1. Compared with students of lower social economic status of family, the students of higher social economic status of family acknowledge more authoritative parenting, while less authoritarian and neglectful parenting. The five indexes of social economic status have remarkable positive correlation to authoritative parenting style. Other four indexes except mother's job have negative correlation to neglectful parenting style.2. Authoritarian parenting style has respectively remarkable negative correlation to the score of study acceptance, labor acceptance and the total score of all kinds of acceptance. While it has respectively negative correlation to every type of rejection and the total score of all kinds of rejection. Neglectful parenting style has remarkable negative correlation to study acceptance. Authoritarian parenting style has negative prediction to the score of study acceptance, labor acceptance and the total score of all kinds of acceptance. While it has positive prediction to every type of rejection and the total score of all kinds of rejection.3. Neglectful parenting style and authoritarian parenting style have remarkable positive correlation to the four indexes of delinquent conduct, authoritative parenting style has remarkable negative correlation to the four indexes of delinquent conduct. Neglectful parenting style has positive prediction to the four indexes of delinquent conduct and the total score of all kinds of delinquent conduct. Authoritarian parenting style has positive prediction to disobey conduct, cheating conduct and the total score of all kinds of delinquent conduct. Authoritative parenting style has negative prediction to cheating conduct and the total score of all kinds of delinquent conduct.4. The four indexes of delinquent conduct respectively have remarkable negative correlation to different factors of peer acceptance while remarkable positive correlation to different factors of peer rejection. The total score of delinquent conduct has negative prediction to study acceptance and labor acceptance while positive prediction to study rejection, interim break rejection and labor rejection. Disobey conduct has negative prediction to class acceptance while positive prediction to class rejection, vacation rejection and total score of all kinds of rejection. Cheating conduct has negative prediction to total score of all kinds of acceptance.5. Family's social economic status has direct positive influence on authoritative parenting, through which negatively predicting students' delinquent conduct. Meanwhile it has influence on authoritative parenting type. And authoritative parenting type has influence on students' delinquent conduct so as to promote peer's acceptance.Family's social economic status has direct negative prediction to neglectful parenting, but neglectful parenting doesn't has remarkable influence on students' delinquent conduct. And family's social economic status doesn't has remarkable correlation to authoritarian parenting. So it doesn't have remarkable indirect influence on students' delinquent conduct through authoritarian parenting.Students' delinquent conduct and parents' authoritarian parenting conduct have direct negative influence on peer's acceptance.
