A Brief Research On The History Education For The Party And Government Cadres In The Shandong Anti-Japanese Base Areas

The Party and government cadre's history education of Shandong anti-Japanese base area refers to the historical education activity during the specific historical period which began from the breaking out of anti-Japanese war in 1937 to its victory in 1945, it was led by the Central Committee and the Central Committee of Shandong Province with the main principle of consolidating and developing the regime of anti-Japanese base area, carrying through the anti-Japanese war, the main teaching object of which are the party and government cadres . In this historical period, the Central Committee of Shandong Province not only led people and soldiers to get the great success in politics and military affairs, but also paid great effort on the cadre's history education and made a glorious achievement, it is worthful for us today to conclude and analyze systematically.During the anti—Japanese war, because of the sharp struggle against the enemy, in order to consolidate the central regime and meet the needs of the war, arouse the patriotic feeling of the cadres, enhance the combat effectiveness, under the leadership of the central committee and the CPC of Shandong province, all levels of people regime of Shandong anti-Japanese base area made a whole set of systematic history education. The history education kept on serving for the anti-Japanese war with the Chinese new democratic educational principle of ethic, scientific and public, the form and contents of which put emphasis on proceeding from actual conditions and suiting measures to local conditions, it has not only fostered a great many of cadres who can meet the needs of anti-Japanese war and laid the base of cadres for success , but also develop the people's education in the base area, improve the ethic awareness and political and cultural understanding of the people and soldiers, heighten the confidence of the protracted war and the success of the anti-Japanese war.The history education is the education system during the war which constructed by the Communist Party in order to meet the realistic needs of the protracted war and serve for it.
