Based on the analysis of educational evaluation, this paper points out the malady that the traditional educational evaluation only pays attention to the verbal-linguistic intelligence and the logical-mathematical intelligence, but neglects the other intelligences due to the bondage of traditional intelligence concept. Theory of multiple intelligences, developed by American psychologist Howard Gardner, elucidates the intelligent structure in a brand new view and gives a multiple views to evaluate students with this new intelligence concept. The theory has profound effect on modern education and instruction, and how to put it into education practice has been a hot research issue. The modern educational goal is to promote the all-round development of people and the educational evaluation pays more attention to the development of students, which has been an important task in the educational research. On the basis of reviewing the appraisal for learning in a traditional classroom, to the drawback of the single appraisal, from the historical and realistic aspect, the thesis probes into it under the circumstances that new course reforms how to implement the tactics of appraisal for promoting the classroom for the student's development. In this paper, an evaluation scheme that aims to stimulate the student's potential as well as to enable the different students to make the distinct progresses during the teaching process has been proposed. The scheme is based on the Gardner's multiple intelligence theory and the temperament characteristics of students. Furthermore, an evaluation criterion is also established according to the multiple intelligence theory. The criterion evaluates the students in terms of multiple channels and methods by means of the questionnaire surveys on the experimental class and the data analysis. As a result, the students gain the comprehensive progresses.
