The Research On College Students' Creative Idea,Psychological Atmosphere In Team And Free Will

With the social development, the creativity of college students has increasingly received the researchers'attention. Recently the research on team creativity has been a new tendency in the creativity research. This research included three parts:Research One revises the translated The Questionnaire of Creative Idea and The Questionnaire of Free will and establishes The questionnaire of Psychological Atmosphere.Research Two carries out the contrast research between average undergraduates and undergraduates in the creative teams. Research Three probes the relation among the creative idea, free will and team psychological atmosphere.The research results are as followed:(1) The Questionnaire of Creative Idea has five factors; The Questionnaire of free will has five factors; The Psychology Atmosphere of Team has five factors. The confirmatory analysis of structural equation model on The Questionnaire of Free Will shows that the structure of the model and the observed data are fitted quite well.(2) The investigation with the psychology atmosphere in team, creative idea and free will reveals that there are significant differences in creative idea and free will between average undergraduates and creative team.(3) The research on the creative team show us the significant differences in creative idea of creative teams from three colleges and the team psychological atmosphere, as well as the insignificant difference in free will.
