With the improvement of the social productive abilities dramatically and the expansion of the economical activities greatly since 20th century, we have seen the increase in grows of economy by nearly 100times than before, and have speeded up the development of the civilization by creating unprecedentedly material values. We human being has created the culture heritages for ourselves while enjoying the benefits of economical development. We have remarkably achieved the success in developing our culture but failed to protect our natural environment. There is a risk in the natural environment by favorable circle in recovering from the deterioration caused by human activities. We human being is being forced to reconsider the relationship between the man and the environment by dispelling the long-exited idea that we have to conquer the nature to develop, and by establishing the harmonious relationship between man and the nature instead to make the development sustainably. Sustainable development is based on the belief in the importance of man-centered. By adopting the scientific methods to make reasonably and fully use of the resource of the nature to achieve the goal of sustainable development and the realization of harmonious relationship between man and the nature.Four parts is included in the preface:The essence of the man-centered will be found in the first part with ,firstly, reconsidering the connation and essence of man-centered and analyzing its meanings by realizing we human being not only utilizing and exploring the nature to develop but the result of long-term natural evolution. We have to follow the rules and laws of the nature in order to achieve the development of our civilization. Secondly, I will demonstrate that we have to abandon the idea of parochialism of man-centered and put the favorable circle of the natural environment into consideration by introducing and reflecting the historical development of this idea, in order to overcome the environment misbalance and realize the harmonious development. Thirdly, I will express that the man-centered is the primary argument. Man-centered idea is the primary value because of the fact that we human being has been all the long protecting our own benefits after all to exit. Ultimately, what we have been doing is to cater for the needs and to serve ourselves. In order to achieve harmoniously co-existence, we must establish the modern idea of man-centered.
