"Evil book"and"fallacy"were considered as a familiar speech marker, and were abhorred by dominators all through the ages. However, this method can not meet the ideaistic request of hoi polloi, which is the essential reason that"evil book"and"fallacy"can not be forbidden even though dominators prohibited repeatedly.
