The Da Ming Palace has always been taken as an important subject by researchers, especially under the background of its rebuilding. However, from the middle of last century, more and more attention has been paid to several given fields, such as archaeological studying, architecture designing and city planning. The specialized literary research on the Da Ming Palace, has not been developed so far, but may be dispersedly found in other researching subjects(such as the relationship between Tang dynasty and Chang An City) So, the studying of relationship between Da Ming Palace and Tang poetry that was regarded as the soul of Tang literature are very valuable.Da Ming Palace, which was named Eastern Palace, is one of three inner courts in Tang's royal Palace. After one period named Long Shoo Years when the 3rd Emperor (Li Zhi) governed this empire, the political activities in Tang dynasty were shifted to there. Therefore, Da Ming Palace is a precious topic for researching Tang literature. Because it has been ruined by the war in last age of Tang dynasty, all of the information on Da Ming Palace was only stored by Tang poetry and widely spread .The information including architecture, ancient community activities and historical rise & fall can be found in Tang poetry.By the Intercross of Many Subjects(historiography, aesthetics, geography and literary), within the framework of "The relationship between literature and Palace" established by Professor Li Hao who wrote《The gardens of Tang dynasty》, The relationship between Tang poetry and Da Ming Palace was studied from the view of literature. This thesis presented the results on investigating Tang poetry, explored the history, cultural and customs in Tang dynasty, showed the spirits value and historical sense companying with Da Ming Palace.
