With left-home-kids being hot spot of society, a lot of students researched harmful effects on the left-home-kids including mental health, daily life, behavior and study, they seldom discussed positive impact on the left-home-kids, to say nothing of educational intervention.In this study, we want to identify the resiliency that might protect the left-home-kids, and we try to enhance the resilience of junior middle school's left-home-kids by self-efficacy group counseling.About 576 junior middle school's left-home-kids took part in the study. The study procedures are as following: from theoretical analysis to questionnaire research to intervention groups to the result. Based on interview, questionnaire survey, educational experiment, data analysis and other methods, pass analysis method to find out the relation between self-efficacy and resilience. To test self-efficacy groups training for selected subjects is to hope that groups training improved the resilience of the junior middle school's left-home-kids, and offered reference for mental health education in the future. Based on comprehensive analysis of these studying results, this paper gets the following conclusions:1. The self-efficacy level of the junior middle left-home-kids is not significantly different in gender variable, but it is significantly different in grade variable. The grade two students' self-efficacy level is significantly lower than the grade one students. At the same time, the junior middle left-home-kids' self-efficacy level is not significantly different in other background.2. The resiliency level of the junior middle left-home-kids is significantly different in gender and gender variable. Male students' resiliency level is significantly lower than female students'; the grade two students' resiliency level is lowest in three grades, the difference between the grade one and grade three is not remarkable.3. The group with high resilience of the junior middle school's left-home-kids' resilience level is higher than those with lower resilience.4. The self-efficacy has the greatest impact on the resilience. The school environment, home environment, community environment and peer environment are effect on the self-efficacy.5. In a word, through the self-efficacy group counseling, the resilience of the junior middle school's left-home-kids has enhanced, which shows that the self-efficacy group counseling plays a very good role on the resilience, and helps the junior middle school's left-home-kids improve the resilience level. So the intervention can be used to improve the left-home-kids' resilience.
