In the ancient chinese society, there were many vocation limitations to women as the compression of feudal ethics. In late Qing Dynasty, women were firstly proposed to be interest producers rather than interest consumers from the perspective of national ruination by Liang Qichao, who was representative of the compression of feudal ethics. Rudiments of Women Employment View (WEV) appeared. WEV was formed as the influences of politics, economy and culture and guided women's Employment Practice in early Republic of China. In the period of May 4th New Culture Movement, as the deep into women's liberation, the public voice that women should be independent in economics became higher and higher. Till 1920s-1930s, women had set foot in mostly social vocations and their vocational equality had been confirmed by national laws. Renew of WEV was also influenced by the development of Women's Employment Practice. Till 1920s-1930s, it was commonly understood that women should be independent in economics. As the women's employment became extensive, problems, such as conflict of employment and family, employment and marriage and bachelorism of women, appeared and induced many disputes. But women acquired so much on the road and brought positive influence on themselves, their families and the society.
