In daily conversation of Chinese people,"Ba" Sentence is heard in a very high frequency.And it is a very important sentence in communication in Chinese,and it is also one of the key sentences in teaching Chinese as a second language.However,as in the mother tongue of the majority of foreign students don't have a similar pattern with "Ba" Sentence,so when to use this sentence and how to use it correctly is hard to understand,so that "Ba" is also a difficulty in teaching.Until now,there is no particularly good learning outcome to improve its teaching effect.In recent years,the multimedia teaching method is respected as a great teaching method by some teachers. Then,compared to the traditional method,does it have a better effect in teaching "Ba" sentence? This thesis will compare and analyze the effects of teaching "Ba" Sentence of this two teaching method by the data coming from the teaching experiment.Taking into account the frequency of occurrence,the level of difficulty as well as factors such as students,in this thesis the writer compared there patterns of "Ba" Sentence.These three sentence patterns are:S + Ba+ N1 + V+ in / to / for + N2,S + Ba + N1 + V+ as + N2,S + Ba + N + V + words related to changes.In this thesis,the writer compared and analyzed the teaching effect in "when to use it" and "how to use it correctly",and compared the effect of those two teaching methods by this.Through the data and errors comparison,the results of this thesis are as follows:First,in teaching effect of "S + Ba+ N1 + V+ in / to / for + N2",there is no significant difference not only on "when to use",but also on "how to use".Second,in the teaching effect of "S + Ba+ N1 + V + for / into + N2" pattern,the multimedia teaching method is obviously superior to the traditional method on "when to use".But in the use of sentence grammar,there are not significant differences between them.Third,in the teaching effect of "S +Ba + N1 + V + words related to change" pattern, the multimedia teaching method is better can the traditional method on "how to use it correctly".Overall,compared to the traditional teaching method,the multimedia teaching method has a certain advantages on the teaching effect of "Ba" Sentence,and how to make better use of multimedia to further strengthen the teaching effect of "Ba",has yet to be further study.
