This study measured the use of implicit attitude test(IAT), explicit self-smoking attitude questionnaire, Embedded Graphics Tests of smokers and non-smokers to experiment, and explore smokers and non-smokers on smoking explicit, implicit attitude, and study the relationship between cognitive style and attitude.University students explicit-smoking attitude questionnaire preparation: see the relevant scales and the questionnaires at home and abroad, collected through individual interviews to content analysis of entries, there is selection of the representativeness and universality of entries in drawing up the initial scale-smoking attitude of the original title. Through the prediction proves that the questionnaire has high reliability and validity, in line with psychometric standards, can be applied to smoking attitude measurements.University students of different cognitive styles towards smoking explicit and implicit attitude measurement: The Implicit Association Test (IAT), explicit self-smoking attitude questionnaire,Embedded Graphics Tests on 70 volunteers recruited to carry out measurement, tobacco attitudes add basic information questionnaire, produce harmful substances in tobacco, smoking can cause disease and "Do you think what are smoking causes or what are the motives to university students?" items such as titles to the university students help for further study.The results showed that:(1)The right response to an average of six hours minus the right response to an average of four hours is the key subjects of the IAT effect, college students implicit attitude average is positive, note University students on smoking implicit attitude is negative. University students on the attitude towards smoking, regardless of the explicit or implicit attitudes both are negative. (2)Smokers and non-smokers explicit attitude toward smoking exists extremely significant differences, smokers have significantly more positive attitude .However, implicit attitudes towards smoking do not exist significant differences.(3) Different cognitive styles of university students implicit and explicit attitudes towards smoking do not exist significant difference.(4)Different cognitive styles of smokers and non-smokers explicit attitudes towards smoking exists significant differences, but implicit attitudes do not exist significant differences. Field-independence of the smokers and non-smokers explicit attitude towards smoking have significant more differences exist, the attitude of smokers towards smoking significantly positive.Field-independence of the smokers and non-smokers and field-dependence of those smokers and non-smokers on the smoking of implicit and explicit attitudes do not exist significant differences.(5)University students of different gender on smoking on explicit attitudes exist significant differences, but implicit attitudes do not exist significant differences. Smoking explicit attitudes of male university students significantly positive in female university students. Male and female university students on smoking implicit attitudes tend to negative.
