Chinese quantifier is a very important part of speech, not only the number, but also the use of high frequency, and the very complicated fragment. The most errors that foreign students make in learning Chinese is the study of Chinese quantifiers. Quantifier teaching is the most difficulty in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.There are similarities and differences between Chinese and Korea quantifiers. This makes Korean students learning Chinese classifiers when a number of other countries are different from the bias of the learners. This article attempts to contrast the Chinese and Korea quantifiers, to explore the errors Korean students make in learning the Chinese quantifiers, and suggests the possible approaches to improve the teaching Chinese quantifiers for the Korean students.This thesis includes the following:Chapter 1: First of all, the article describes the purpose and significance of the study, the subjects of the study, and the content and methods.Chapter 2: The static study of the quantifiers. Count the quantifiers in Chinese and Korean dictionaries. Classify the Chinese and Korea quantifiers, and summarized the grammatical features of Chinese and Korea quantifiers.Chapter 3: The dynamic study of the quantifiers. Establish the materials corpus as the basic of the Chinese as a foreign reading materials published in Beijing University 2004. Statistic and research the quantifiers and quantifier phrases.Chapter 4: This part based on the "HSK" outline terms, contract the semantic of Chinese and Korea quantifiers. Furthermore, this article compares the word order and the pragmatic of Chinese and Korea quantifiers, in order to help the teaching of Chinese quantifiers to Korean students.Chapter 5: The error analysis of Korean students learning Chinese quantifiers. This part analyses the error phenomenon and the reasons in Korean students learning Chinese quantifiers, including the quantifiers of the negative transfer, the word order and the pragmatic.Epilogue: In this part, the author sums up the research in general and points out shortcomings existing in this research. Then, the author brings forward some assumptions of further research.
