Alienation from school signifies the negative feelings such as powerlessness, isolation, meaninglessness, and normlessness because of alienated students' relation to their teachers, classmates, learning, norms, and themselves. Alienation from school causes many adverse effects on students, the study of this subject has already been studied deeply into many aspects abroad. While there are fewer studies in home, and the studies most focus on the sense of alienation.The concept boundary summed up the specification of the alienation from school and the correlativity with sense of alienation, distinguish with alienation at school, the structure, the measuring tools, study in home and on abroad and the study of correlation to social support, self consistency and congruence.This paper adopted the questionnaire made by Nifengkun, which included 4 categories: powerlessness, isolation, meaninglessness amd normlessness. After analyzing the reliability and validity of the questionnaire analysis, it proved that the questionnaire had good reliability and validity, and could be used to test. Using the revised social support questionnaire of Xiaoshuiyuan and the self consistency and congruence Scale by Wangdengfeng we made a conclusion as following: (1)As for the alienation from school, powerlessness was the strongest and normlessness was the weakest. (2)Grades and the middle school (cities or towns) had significant difference in the alienation from school, gender and the high school(key senior high school or common senior high school) had no significant differences in the alienation from school. (3)The social support of different gender did not have significant differences, while the social support of different grades did have a significant difference. (4)The self consistency and congruence did not exist significant differences among different geners, while in different grades it did have significant differences for middle school students. (5)The alienation from school had a significant negative correlation with social support; and had a significant positive correlation with self consistency and congruence. (6)Social support, self consistency and congruence had a powerful predictive ability for the sense of alienation from school.
