In recent years, with the rise of the animation industry, computer 3D animation technology was gradually highlighted for special attention, more and more university's schools and faculties began to offer 3D animation courses. Currently, most of these courses follow the old curriculum model, and there are some distinct disadvantages in teaching content, teaching methods, teaching environment and the evaluation system.In the beginning, the paper analyzed the current teaching situation and problems of these courses, proposed factors of designing 3D animation courses, to which the teachers must pay attention. And introduced an information technology environment of cloud computing, and discussed how these environment services for teaching, then,the paper advocate that the teaching designing of 3D animation should be guided with the project-based learning theory.Next, take an example of a course -the Basic of 3D Animation Making, using Google's cloud computing services to contribute a course platform, applying the project-based learning (PBL) theory, proposed a complete and practical course designing scheme .And this scheme givers a series of practical solution including network platform of the curriculum, project setting, classroom activities, the show and mutual evaluation of students` e-works, curriculum resources and learning assessment. Finally, the paper summarized the teaching practice and the results of this paper, discussed the direction for further research.
