The action of selling and buying is very common in our daily life. Transaction verbs are used to describe these actions. But in the Modern Chinese, few people focus on this field. This thesis applies the Frame Semantics and other theories to approach the syntactic constructions and discipline on the base of description of frame-semantic construction.First,we construct the hierarchy system of the Domain of Transaction, and then we definite the Transaction Verbs. The semantic characters of this kind of verbs and also of the base-layer frame are described clearly.Second, we classify these verbs on the base of the semantic direction of the verb-result, taking the examples from the CCL of Peking University and other corpus. There is a close connection between the semantic direction of the verb-result and the semantic construction .So we describe these semantic constructions by the connections. At last, this thesis uses the result of semantic studies and parallel transformation to describe and analyze the transformation rules between the basic sentences (subject-verb-object) and the Ba constructions, the Bei constructions, the verb-copying constructions, and the Patient-subject Sentences from the semantic focus and sentence pattern. The results of this thesis can apply the basis theory of intelligence retrieval; it is also helpful to Chinese teaching.
