Dong Zhong-shu is one of the most important inherits of Confucianism that Confucius founds, as well as one of the most important philosopher in the history of Chinese philosophy To meet the needs of the times and the need for self-development of Confucianism, his critically absorbed from the Qin to the Han Dynasty of the various ideas, and developed a relatively perfect and systematic politics-ethics ideology, which was on the basis of God-man telepathy idea, explanations of disaster, the theory of Yin-yang Wu-xing.Dong's theory, which was tremendous and well-constructed, his ideas are Unified whole and neutralization theory, theory of human nature and so on. this paper mainly discusses the Dong's Unified whole and neutralization theory, as one of Dong's core ideas, the Unified whole can be classified as two aspects:political unification and the supremacy of emperors; thoughtful unification and maintain stability. In order to realize the Political ideas of the Unified whole, and he made some ways to realize political value. In order to achieve the pursuit of political value, he advocated the policy about the balance of economic.In order to ease the class antagonism, realize the political stability and social harmony.Through systematic analysis of Dong's political ethics, to take the pulse of their thinking and logical framework, and summarized the main features of Dong's political ethics, trying to extract the traditional Chinese philosophy for the political wisdom and experience to build on our political and national development to provide useful lessons.
