The Development Claims And Practice Research Of Hexi In The 1930s～1940s In The 20th Century

The Republic of China initial period, the Hexi political situation is turbulent, not too busy to take into account the building of Hexi. After "918" emergency, the National government proposed that northwest taked Sino-Japanese War's base. Hexi's strategic position in the Northwest has also been re-understanding. All walks of life made distinctive insight of the Hexi Corridor in mind, the national government dispatched inspection group, made a number of practical and effective development programs, carried out a certain amount of building activities. This paper tries to develop the essence of the Hexi development thought, obtains some regular understanding, that the current Hexi development decision-making to provide some historical reference.This article divides into four parts.
