The Study On Digital Technology Of Traditional Pattern Of Mongolian

Traditional pattern of Mongolian is the central embodiment of aesthetic standards of nomad in Chinese culture. As the central form of culture in Mongolian,Traditional pattern of Mongolian was applied by numerous designers. But the most patterns in existence was monochrome and was painted by handmade, it went against design and application. Furthermore, one part of the patterns was lack of notes that was the most important bases in research connotation of Mongolian culture. Consentrate on these problems, this thesis classified all of the patterns that were collected and statisticsed the frequency of usage, range of application, and developed the data-base system, and pattern assisment system. These systems can be applied in different field, in order to raising the efficiency of nation design, and driving the theory research of Mongolian pattern and application.The first place of this thesis classified traditional pattern by its shape, range of application and structure, and analysised special form of the sort. Through collected different types of data, this thesis accounted the occurrence number and usage figure accurantly. Based on the way of statistics, it analysised the rule of pattern usage, and provided the numeral basis exactly for designers and reseachers.The second place of this thesis developed the Mongolian pattern database system.There are five part functions in this system. They are editing, browsing, inquiring, exporting and printing. Through this system, user can inquire patterns easily you need, and export them to put into use.The third part of this thesis developed mongolian pattern assistent system whitch is rebuilded for coreldraw in VBA. This system include importing database, array of pattern these two parts. The function of array have center point array, one-dimensional array, two-dimensional array, single curve array, double curve array. User can apply it conveniently.The last part of this thesis analisysed the application of digital system in different fields. Through these researches, designer and researchers apply the Mongolian pattern more easily. And Mongolian pattern and Mongolian culture will be developed and inherited in the form that adapts the social development.
