The issue of gratitude and pro-social behavior has always been closely followed by us.It concerns the quality of students’ psychological development and the harmonious development of society.At present,there are a lot of phenomena such as letting seats and falling old people not support.Is it because contemporary people lack pro-social behavior? Therefore,the main purpose of this study is to analyze the level of college students’ gratitude,and the factors that affect pro-social behavior,and try to explore the mechanism of the relationship between college students’ cognitive evaluation and self-worth.This study is divided into three parts.The first research adopts the method of experiment and questionnaire to study the relationship between explicit gratitude,implicit gratitude and pro-social behavior.The second research adopts questionnaire and situation imagination to study the influence of explicit gratitude on the pro-social behavior of College Students under different cognitive evaluation conditions.The third research adopts questionnaires to study the mediating effect of self-worth feeling between gratitude and pro-social behavior.Through the research above,conclusions have been drawn as follows:1.The college students showed good gratitude and no significant gender differences;the implicit gratitude effect of college students was significant,and the gender differences were not significant.2.There is a low correlation between implicit gratitude and total explicit gratitude,and it has only a low correlation with the dimension of natural gratitude in explicit gratitude,and has no correlation with other sub-scales.3.There is a significant correlation between the pro social behavior of college students and the level of explicit gratitude,and there are significant correlations among all the dimensions.There is a low correlation between implicit gratitude and total pro-social behavior among college students.There is a significant correlation between anonymity and interdependence,and there is no correlation between other dimensions.4.The main effect of gratitude level on pro-social behavior is significant,the main effect of cognitive interests evaluation is not significant,and cognitive evaluation show gratitude significant interactive effects on College Students’ pro-social behavior,cognitive evaluation in high interest,high level and low level of Thanksgiving Thanksgiving pro-social behavior is significant difference in the low level;benefit evaluation high levels of gratitude,pro-social behavior has no difference.At high gratitude level,there is no significant difference in the level of pro-social behavior initiated by cognition,while on the low gratitude level,there is significantdifference in the level of pro-social behavior initiated by cognition.In conclusion,the influence of gratitude on pro-social behavior is influenced by cognitive appraisal.The higher the level of gratitude is,the higher the pro-social behavior is.5.The overall sense of self worth of college students is good.Man’s personal self-worth and social orientation of special self worth are significantly higher than those of women.There is no gender difference in other dimensions.6.College Students’ explicit gratitude and self-worth have a significant effect on pro-social behavior prediction.College Students’ sense of self-worth plays a part of mediating role between explicit gratitude and pro-social behavior.
