Emotional regulation is the monitoring and adjustment of internal emotional process and external behavior to adapt to the needs of external situation and interpersonal dynamic process,and the level of emotional regulation ability can affect the subjective well-being of secondary vocational students.Interpersonal satisfaction is the overall evaluation of an individual's psychological relationship with others based on the criteria he or she chooses.The degree of interpersonal satisfaction can also affect one's subjective well-being.Subjective well-being refers to the overall evaluation of an individual's life state based on his or her own expected life planning.In previous studies,most of them focused on the impact of one or two aspects on ordinary middle school students or college students.At the same time,from these three perspectives,the impact of the study on the secondary vocational student population is relatively small.This paper aims to study the relationship between emotional regulation ability,interpersonal relationship satisfaction and subjective well-being of secondary vocational students,and how the emotional regulation ability affects interpersonal relationship satisfaction and subjective wellbeing.At the same time,through the intervention of groups and individual cases of secondary vocational students' emotional regulation ability,this paper studies how to improve the emotional regulation ability of secondary vocational students,and what changes will happen to interpersonal satisfaction and subjective well-being after the improvement of emotional regulation ability,so as to provide some Suggestions and references for teachers in secondary vocational schools.Research 1.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 550 students from Qufu traditional Chinese medicine school.To explore the differences and relationships among students in emotion regulation interpersonal relationship satisfaction and subjective well-being.In study 2,100 students with low dimensions of the three scales were selected from study 1 and divided into the experimental group and the control group.The emotional regulation intervention course was conducted in the experimental group to improve students' emotional regulation ability.SPSS was used for statistical analysis of the collected data.Study 3.Four students from the experimental group were selected by voluntary registration to carry out individual intervention,apply emotional focus therapy to improve their emotional regulation ability,and fill in the feedback report.The results show that :(1)there is a significant positive correlation between emotional regulation,relationship satisfaction and subjective well-being of secondary vocational students.(2)interpersonal relationship satisfaction plays a partial mediating role in the influence of emotional regulation on subjective well-being.(3)after the emotional regulation group intervention course,the emotional regulation ability of the experimental group was significantly improved,and interpersonal satisfaction and subjective well-being were also improved.(4)emotional regulation case intervention can improve the ability of emotional regulation,and interpersonal satisfaction and subjective well-being of individual cases also have different degrees of improvement.Finally,the conclusion is drawn: by adjusting the emotional regulation ability of secondary vocational students,their interpersonal relationship satisfaction and subjective well-being can be improved.
