The Studies Of Effectiveness Of Art Performance Groups Management

Currently, China is focus on the development of culture system reform, reform of the art performance groups is one of the important components in it. The real situation and the existing problems which it faced are very complex. In the social transition period, in addition to the throes of institutional changes, the difficulties including old management concept,backward management style and low management efficiency. This paper tried to study from the angle of management effectiveness. After clarified and combed the basic concept and the historical evolution process of the performing arts groups, I tried to point out the obstacles on the work of management in Chinese art performance groups, and tried to analyses the particularity of performing arts management. On this basis, I put forward suggestions and countermeasures to answer the question that how to make current art performance group management more effectively, Especially focused on the analysis and research of the art performance groups'art creation and production,HR management system,leadership,organizations and institutions,actor's management and training,the training of modern leader and managers. Hope this paper can be useful for the development of China art performance group.
