Objective:In this study, Psychological Stress Questionnaire, Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (adult paper), coping style questionnaire on all levels of university students in Hunan Province, psychological stress, personality, coping style and their relationship status of research, deepen and develop a sense of psychological stress theory, and we hope through that study found the main sources of stress to students in Hunan Province, to provide a theoretical basis of psychological crisis prevention.Methods:Stratified cluster sampling according to the principle of taking a more geographically representative of Hunan Province, middle Hunan (Changsha, Shaoyang, Yiyang, Xiangtan, Zhuzhou), southern hunan (Chenzhou, Hengyang, Yongzhou), Western hunan (Huaihua, Zhangjiajie), northern Hunan (Changde) 22 schools and other places, a total of 2,000 questionnaires were returned in 1870, and the effective questionnaires 1628, the effective rate of 87.06%. Questionnaire were "a sense of psychological stress scale", Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ), Coping Style Questionnaire (CSQ). By SPSS15.0 statistical software for data processing, statistical methods mainly used for general descriptive analysis, test, multiple comparison (LSD), correlation analysis.Results:1, The overall average for College Students in psychological stress score of 1.81, according to a questionnaire on the pressure classification of the designer, at a low level of pressure sense. The overall feeling of pressure, whether male or personal self-stress, social pressures in the environment, are very significantly higher than girls (P<0.01); seniors a sense of the overall pressure was significantly higher than freshmen and graduate students (P<0.05); different Majors psychological stress in the social environment feeling of pressure to adapt to stress, job stress and emotional stress in four areas were significantly different (P<0.05); urban and rural students psychological stress only in the health stressor significantly different (P<0.05); feeling the pressure of the Only Child was significantly higher than students (P <0.05).2, College Students Personality Factor 4 scores with national norms youth group there was a significant difference (P<0.01); sophomore, junior and senior year students and freshmen in the spirit of the scores on the quality factor on significant difference (P<0.05); of University Students in the spirit of the quality factor, there was significant difference (P<0.05); different types of schools students nervous factors were significantly different (P<0.05); different majors in the spirit of quality, neuroticism and cover of the scores were significantly different (P<0.05); different genders, different sources, and only children and do not personality characteristics were significantly different (P> 0.05).3, College Students in the coping styles were to solve the problem, help, retreat, fantasy, rationalization, self-blame. Boys and girls coping than fantasy factor, the other was significant (P<0.05); of University Students, inter recourse other factors were significant differences (P <0.05); different types of school students in problem-solving, self-blame and rationalization of the There was significant difference (P<0.05); different professional students coping there is no significant difference (P> 0.05); rural sources of students in the fantasy and withdrawal and rationalization of passive coping style was significantly higher than urban students (P<0.05).4, Total College Students psychological stress and personality in the spirit of quality, neuroticism factor was positively correlated with internal and external to cover up the negative correlation factor. 5, Hunan psychological stress and coping style in problem solving, help other positive response was negatively correlated with self-blame, fantasy and withdrawal and rationalization of negative response or intermediate response was positive.6 Spirit of College Students in the quality and personality traits in self-blame coping style, fantasy and withdrawal and rationalization of significant correlation.Conclusions:1, College Students feel less stress, but the individual's own sense of psychological stress scores were significantly higher than the social environment, psychological stress and the factor scores, the top five sources of stress are four kinds of pressure from the individual's own terms.2, University students in Hunan are,relatively more outward-looking, simple; their spirit quality points are relatively lower, to better get along with others, adapt to the environment; nervous points are relatively higher.3, The order Hunan College Students Coping with are:problem solving, help, retreat, fantasy, rationalization, self-blame.4 University students in Hunan Province in general psychological stress is Positively correlated with personality in the spirit of quality and neuroticism factor; negatively correlated with inward\outward Character and covering up factors; negatively correlated with coping style in problem-solving, assistance and other positive response;Positively correlated with negatively response such as self-blaming, fantasy, withdrawal and rationalization or intermediate response.5, Hunan College Students Personality and coping style on psychological stress have a certain predictability.
