"Strengthening the quality of education, improving the quality of education" is our country's strategic approach to teaching in 21st century. In 1987, Education Commission issued how to carry out the National Arts Education Master Plan. Since then, the arts education in China are embarking on an organized and planned development track. On June 13th 1999, With development of education and deepening the quality education, Central Committee and State Council's made the decision of the deeply education reformation to improve quality education, which also made the dance education quickly development as one of the important contact in arts'education. Ministry of Education formally promulgated full-time compulsory educational arts'curriculum standards on July 2001, dance education as an important component of quality education from the national primary school to university, gradually became one of the subject in dance quality education curriculum, so that dance education highlighting the special features got more strongly in people's eyes. In 1996, Fujian Normal University, the establishment of professional undergraduate dance education indicates that China Normal University and universities firstly began to have dance education specialty, then most of the national normal universities have set up their own dance education professionals, Sichuan Normal University in 1999 opened the dance teaching profession, which indicated higher teacher colleges had a place in dance education and finally breaking the dance arts education in colleges and universities have long blank.During these 10 years process of development, dance education, with its unique artistic value of popular students alike, which became the most important methods to improve students will, character, physical abilities, refine their sentiments, express their feelings connotation and publicize social culture.Dance teacher quality plays an important role for dance education development and popularity. Dance teachers training were looked at higher education for professionals dance teacher training, but with the deepening of education reform and quality education in higher demand as well as traditional dance performances'influence, the impact of professional higher colleges dance education curriculum and course structure and personnel training emergented contradictions, training graduated students and social needs appeared. The quality of dance educational professionals in higher normal university largely determines the dance education development.In this paper, author analysis from Sichuan Normal University's professional dance education standards of students, faculty, teaching facilities, curriculum, course structure and training objectives and explore the root causes. According to training objectives, curriculum structure's irrational is a serious constraint and impact of the dance educational development. Through analyze the development of dance education in our country and on abroad to summarize the problems. Through literature, individual interviews, questionnaires and other methods to investigate the structure of its curriculum; analysis of professional dance education curriculum structure and the presence of the basic situation and the main problem, and tap the causes of these problems. Explore the problem-solving strategies, make recommendations for improvement, with a view to dance education students achieve better development.This paper is divided into five sections to research dance educational professional curriculum structures'problem in Sichuan Normal University, which is more in-depth and detailed study. The first chapter is related to concepts of the structure of dance education professional courses. Chapter 2 focuses primarily on the problems of structure of professional dance education curriculum. Chapter 3 analyzes the reasons about dance education curriculum structural problem in Sichuan Normal University. Chapter 4 mainly put forward the programs about dance education curriculum structure in Sichuan Normal University. Chapter 5 put forward the suggestions for higher educational dance professional curriculum structure, which mainly changed from the dancing skills-oriented training to adapt to social development and to comprehensive dance talent.
