| Being both theoretical and applicable,the art teaching theory has always been an important curriculum set up in normal universities where it functions uniquely in the cultivation of elementary and secondary school art teachers.By means of art teaching theory,normal colleges and universities can cultivate students’ systematic basic knowledge and practical skills of art teaching,assist them in forming integrated and scientific educational concept and grasping certain methods of teaching application and capability of teaching research.Arguably,art teaching theory is playing a crucial role in the talent cultivation of normal universities.However,we should also notice that with the change of art teaching environment and requirements in basic education,traditional art teaching theory curriculum in normal universities has began to lag behind slightly.In some places,local normal universities have deviated from“practicalness”,which is the goal of new curriculum reform,and thus lead to the detachment between theory and practice.Therefore,we should further optimize and perfect the curriculum design of art teaching theory keeping up with the times,clarify the relationship between "art painting capability" and "art teaching capability",emphasize that the cultivation of art teaching capability should closely correspond to the demands of first-tier qualified art teachers in primary and secondary schools and ensure high consistency between art curriculum theory and teaching practice.Thus,it becomes particularly necessary to resolve the problem of combining curriculum theory with teaching practice in local normal colleges and universities on the foundation of art teaching theory.Thereby,this thesis applies questionnaire survey to compare the situation of art teaching theory among T Normal University,B Normal Universityunder Jilin province and Northeast University directly under the Ministry of Education,analyze major problems and their causes of art teaching curriculum in Jilin local normal universities,and then offer some solutions and suggestions for local normal universities in Jilin Province that may contribute to facilitating the improvement of qualified art teacher training system in local normal universities,achieving the objectives in talent cultivation and better satisfying the requirements for primary art teachers’ training. |
