The Animation Design Process Management Based On The Theory Of Quality System

This paper mainly discusses the contents of the management of China's animation design process aimed at resolving the animated design quality is not high, the domestic animation market is mainly occupies by animation films made by Europe, the United States and Japan and other countries. The methodology is by study the well-known abroad company's animation design process , as well as China's animation production process of animation, and at last summed up the design process which can be applicant in our country's animation companies, and by integrated with the theoretical system of Six Sigma quality management, strengthening the management of design process for the assessment, from a management point of view to ensure the design quality, and ultimately arrive at a set of animation process management model based on the quality management theoretical system.
