A Study On The Questions Of Urban Rapid Rail Transit Based On Ethics

With the rapid development of China's economic construction,the urbanization process accelerating, the city size rapid expansion,the urban population rapid growth, the urban travel times and travel distances are greater increase. The urban road traffic demand is faster than the growth rate of the road infrastructure. The urban traffic has become a bottlenecks problem in China's modern urban development. Outstanding performance on this issue is congestion, safety, resources, ecology and its implication a series of ethical tension of human freedom, justice and rights. As a safe, comfortable, convenient, energy saving, high capacity transport mode, the urban rapid rail transit can settle the ethical conflicts and problems well which caused by the urban traffic. However, the planning, construction and operation of investment management of urban rapid rail transit which are a systemic engineering about investment funds, covering widely and deep impact strength. The urban rapid rail transit is prone to planning and design flaws, contradictions demolition construction, operation and management of loopholes. Which can cause social injustice and the unfair conflicts, causing affect the normal life of urban residents, threatening the social harmony and stability.Therefore, it is necessary to use ethical perspective and wisdom, adhere to the principle of "humanism" value, for thinking deeply and analyzing systematic the urban rapid rail transit planning, selection, construction and so on, and solving reasonably the cause of ethical conflicts by the urban rapid rail transit to achieve Pareto optimality, realize the sustainable development of urban rapid rail transit.This article stands in the ethical perspective and against the existence or social ethics contradictions with the urban rapid rail transit planning, construction and operation etc in above background and requirement. It references the inter-external experiences, thinks rationally, case dissect and establishes the model of gray system, to put forwards the corresponding countermeasures.The main content of the following aspects are studied in this thesis.â‘ The paper is making a comprehensive, systematic thinking and sorting on the characteristics of urban rapid rail transit, and on the significance of urban development and ethical issues and conflicts caused by urban rapid rail transit development.â‘¡The paper is making a rational answer toward ethical issues such as the negative impact on the environment, security risks, issue of social injustice from a qualitative point of view, and making a further explanation the related questions through the concrete cases of Chongqing urban rapid rail transit planning and construction and operational management.â‘¢The paper is giving full consideration to the factor of ethic and introducing ethical theory into optional evaluation model of urban rapid rail transit lines. And the paper is classifying rail transport comprehensive performance indicator into ethical performance indicator and non-ethical performance. At same time the paper is making further subdivision and constructing comprehensive evaluation index system about grey model and illustrating by numerical examples.The main innovations in this dissertation are described as following:â‘ This paper has a relatively original research perspective. Different from the urban rapid rail transit generally from the technical, economic and management point of view of the model, the researches on the urban rapid rail transit is based ethical perspective this paper takes above-mentioned factors into consideration, which could more clearly examine the planning, construction and management of the urban rapid rail transit.â‘¡The research methods are distinctive. This paper combines research methods of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, systematic studying the urban rapid rail transit in all domains such as the planning, design, construction, operation management and so on, explanting some ethical conflicts and problems which are caused by the urban rapid rail transit through rational analysis and case analysis. Meanwhile, this paper uses the grey evaluation model to evaluate and choose the overall efficiency of the urban rapid rail transit lines and gives the corresponding examples, which could enhance science and preciseness.â‘¢Research ideas are clear. This paper firstly studies ethics and grey system theory from perspective of ethics. Then it does research on studies about the urban rapid rail transit ethics home and abroad through various references. This paper studies characteristics of the urban rapid rail transit ethics and their influences on urban development, and it analyzes ethics conflicts and problems which may cause by the urban rapid rail transit. Then it put forward some suggestions to solve corresponding problems by adopting advanced experience, case analysis, and related mathematical theories, which help the urban rapid rail transit develop harmoniously. Its research idea is clear.
