The history-honored Hanzi (Chinese character) is one of the oldest characters that exist in the world today.It has long been acknowledged that Hanzi is hard to learn due to the reason that being made up of strokes, the square-shaped Hanzi is ideographic which is fundamentally different from the world's popular phonetic script composed of letters. Because of the sharp difference between Hanzi and alphabetic words, most of the students outside the non-Chinese character Cultural circle find it quite difficult. To learn Hanzi, they have to start from the very beginning and have no concept of Hanzi's square model, lacking sensitive understanding towards this character. The fact that Hanzi is pictographic, semibiographical and phonogrammatic can not serve as clues for the understanding of Hanzi to those students for they have not established the sense of characters in their mind. Therefore, how to raise the efficiency of Hanzi learning is a problem in the research of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.Through comprehensive research of some basic features of non-Chinese culture and the studying law of Chinese student studying ,aiming at this situation that the non-Chinese students lack of Chinese cultural influence Chinese characters'studying , using the theory of implicit learning, children's literacy experience and the analysis of the pictographic character, the self-explanatory character, the understanding character propose by stages. Raises the student non-Chinese cultural characters of words related measures. For the non-Chinese students to learn the Chinese culture to provide a problem solving and concrete plan.This paper divides five chapters, the first chapter is the review and the present situation of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language; The second chapter have made an introduction to the character sense understanding of Chinese character, which from the character sense implication, and the three foundations of character sense: The psychology foundation, Chinese character's characteristic, the children's practice to anything are the character sense, and the foundation which the character sense produced. The third chapter elaborated the character sense raise in the Chinese character teaching influential role; The fourth chapter the characteristic which as well as the difficulty studied to the non-Chinese character culture circle student has carried on the discussion, this partial research were helpful in our target-oriented adjustment character sense and raise strategy adapt student's study characteristic; The fifth chapter according to above research to raise the character sense to the non-Chinese character culture circle student to propose a concrete measure suggestion, including the suggestion in order to raise the Chinese character reasoning faculty, and of looking from in hidden theory of learning proposed the expanded being literate quantity as well as raised the Chinese character recurrence rate, by the side in view of the pictographic character, the self-explanatory character, the understanding character propose by stages, in administrative levels wanted when the teaching from the shape righteousness relations, to raises the pictophonetic characters character the character feeling to hold the meaningful part, the phonetic component characteristic, and proposed that from the shape, the sound, righteousness embarked.
