This case describes a tale that a company which sales hair products how to do business in China. In the booming hair &beauty market, the company has developed quickly, the sales amount increased instantly and its business field is larger and larger. But simultaneity, it faced the fierce competition in its process of development. When the competitors changed business strategies, It responded slowly and lost its share. The company also has many other problems in its internal management, it didn抰 pay attention to the personnel training, can't motivated the sales forces effectively and made decision unscientifically and etc. Like the other small private companies, the company in this case has the same problems that how to increase more and how to manage the growth efficiently. This case also introduced to us the competition status of hair business in China, the famous international hair products brands, and the background information about the hair salon. To analyze this case, writer presented the external environment of the company first, try to find the key factors of doing business successfully. Then, writer used the traditional ?Ps?ways, pointed the company抯 shortage in its process of running, and make the suggestions about its marketing strategy. And, writer analyzed the resources and the strength of the company through value chain analysis and SWOT matrix in order to confirm the core competence. In the last pall of the analysis, writer usedthe directional policy matrix to evaluate the feasibility of severaldevelopment schemes and gave the proposal solution.
