The competition among enterprises is the competition among persons with ability in the final analysis. In market economy, many aviation industry enterprises are in hard time,and one of the most important causes is the unreasonableness in the system of human resource,labor,distribution within enterprises. The lack of competition encourage and restriction mechanism,especially the equalitarianism on distribution :"mess"phenomenon is very severe,it harms some leaders and employees' enthusiasm and creativity greatly,and made a great deal of persons with ability leaving. The thesis analyses the actuality about distribution and the human resource encouraging mechanism in the aviation industry enterprises,the existent problems and their harm by auctorial working experience, and researches some successful cases,finally brings forward some ideas and countermeasures about the reformation of distribution and the human resource encouraging mechanism in the aviation industry enterprises by applying theory learned. Expect it could find a way that reforms distribution and the human resource encouraging mechanism in the aviation industry enterprises or the whole national enterprises,so as to mobilize every employee's enthusiasm and creativity fully,and make the enterprises making profits,developing fast and early.The thesis includes five chapters:The first chapter is conspectus segment. Firstly, with introducing the general circumstances about reformation of our large and middle state enterprises currently and the primary problem that the aviation industry enterprises is facing,it brings forward the research's purpose and significance. Secondly, it looks back to the position and effect of the human resource encouraging mechanism in the development of the aviation industry enterprises briefly. Thirdly, it illustrates the important effect of distribution in the human resource encouraging mechanism by emerging of the encouraging, development of the encouraging theory, content and way of the encouraging theory. Finally, it analyses the state enterprises status's change in human resource competition between planned economy system and market economy system by the position and effect of person with ability in enterprises competition, and points out the state enterprises human resource monopolizing status have been broken drastically along with the deep reformation of the system of human resource ,labor and distribution, and the corporation is in very bad circumstances in human resource competition now, so researching distribution and the human resource encouraging mechanism is a urgent task.The second chapter mostly analyses the actual distribution and the human resource encouraging mechanism in aviation industry enterprises factually. Firstly, it briefly introduces the general development situation of the aviation industry enterprises. Secondly, it looks back to and sums up the evolvement course of distribution system of the aviation industry enterprises. Finally, it analyses its present,main problems, their presentation in specific form, the happening reason, the mostly harm in profundity, and finds out the sticking point of problem, and establishes base for next idea and countermeasure about reformation.The third chapter mostly introduces the circumstance the author investigates and researches about reformation practice of Shenyang Liming Aero-Engine Group Corporation of Chinese aviation industry. Firstly, it briefly introduces the basic circumstance of Shenyang Liming Aero-Engine Group Corporation. Secondly, it expatiates on their reformation action and effect gained on human resource and labor and income distributing. Finally, the summarization and apocalypse of reformation practice of Shenyang Liming Aero-Engine Group Corporation is described by their general manager Lin Zuoming's word:"mechanism is very important.
