HENGYU CO., LTD ——DEVELOPMENT AFTER TRANSFERRING THE OPERATION MOULD

This article is composed of two parts: the case and the case analysis. It takes a scanning of the growth and development of HIENGYU CO., LTD, which transferred from one attached company to the power department and works out a development strategy based on the theories and methods of strategic management. First, the description of the case gives an introduction to the historical background of HENGYU CO., LTD. Then it takes an objective analysis of the current situations, the questions of H1ENGYU and its environment, which affects the development of HIENGYU such as industry factors, economic factors, and competition situations. In the part of case study, the author manages to set up a corresponding systematic analysis model for the description of the case in attempt to for a more scientific decision-making. Based on this, the author gives a development strategy including the company mission, the company objectives and the performing plan.
