Study On The Reform To System Of Property Rights In Township Enterprise

Township enterprise that is created by chinese peasants is a special economic orgnization in countrysides. The structural reform to township enterprise is of great urgency for its decreased ability in making profits and increasing of making loss. The essential point of reform is to reform the system of property rights. We studied the reform by experienced examples and standard analysises. There are four parts in this article:Firstly ,we pointed out that the reform would influence the future fate of township enterprise; Secondly , we brought up that we should reduce production costs to the greatest possible extent in the reform; Thirdly, we put forward some proposes according to the emphasis on reform.
