This article is a sample ease of an enterprises human resources management concerning the compensation system. It comprises of two parts: the sample case and its analysis. The main body introduces the general situation of Pingan Insurance Company of China Co., Ltd., the detailed information on the compensation system of the sales staff in Guangzhou Branch, the performance of this system and the difficulties it met during its application, and then states the question of how to use management theory to enhance the management effect in practice. In the part of case analysis, the author applies the theory of human resources management and relevant knowledge of MBA and integrates theory with practice, introduces and the connotation of compensatin, the significance of compensation system and the salary model oriented to the sales staff analyses comprehensively the current salary policy and puts forward his own opinion and suggests a new scheme of compensation system on the basis of deep and detailed analysis.
