This paper consists of two parts: case description and case study. In the case description part, we may understand the development of CK Company in the last four years, and its financial situation, by the introduction of the company s business scope and the trading environment. Since March 1999, with the trend of joining WTO, our government has adjusted the policies for the importation of pharmaceutical materials. It really affects the business of CK company and led the depletion for several months. Facing the challenge, the company decided to transfer the business strategy. Does it work? In the case study part, based on the information and the questions raised in the case description, We analyze the feasibility of the business strategy, by the theories of the strategy management, such as PEST, SWOT, Value Chain, etc. The methods of keeping continuous competitive advantage are also available.
