| With China’s population aging faster and faster,and the aging problem is becoming more and more urgent.The contradiction between the real needs of the elderly and the separation of elderly care and medical care in today’s society is getting deeper and deeper,so the service innovation of T Company’s medical and health care integration business was born in response to the trend,and the state has also introduced a number of policies to support medical and health care integration.The strong promotion of service innovation in the medical and health care integration business has accelerated the healthy development of the elderly and service industry,slowed down the elimination of population aging and its resulting adverse effects,and will be of great significance in the long term for the series of heavy realities that the process of population scale aging can bring,as well as bringing development opportunities.Based on the in-depth investigation of T’s combined health care service,this thesis tries to find out the shortcomings of service innovation in T’s combined health care business through the case study method,so as to improve the effect of T’s combined health care service innovation.This thesis broadens the research field of service innovation theory to finance and insurance,argues the driving factors,stage division and implementation path of service innovation,and makes suggestions on theoretical level for the service innovation of medical and health care combination of insurance companies,so as to enhance the competitiveness of T Company’s medical and health care combination service innovation and provide a strong theoretical basis for the enhancement of the effect of T Company’s service innovation.Based on the review of the three development stages of "insurance+healthcare" innovation model,"1+N" integrated health care service model,and the comprehensive deepening of the era of big health,by studying the key events of company T,the section elaborates the development period,provides an overview of the service innovation measures.In the case study section,we analyze on both internal and external environment of Company T,and deepen analysis on drivers,stage division and implementation approach of the service innovation theory of Company T’s medical medical and health care business.In the section of recommendations and measures,we propose to deepen the concept of " customer-centric ",conduct multi-digital channel operations,provide more personalized and high-quality services,thus provide better proposals for the subsequent development of Company T. |
