A Study On Exploration And Utilization Of The Human Resources Information

Nowadays, human beings have stepped into a new-economy era which is based on and supported by the new high technology and its related industries. With the rapid development of the information technology and the wide spread of the World Wide Web, Information especially the exploration and utilization of the human resources information is becoming a key factor which influences the new-economy development. The ability to explore and utilize the human resources information has become an important standard for a country's competitiveness. Starting from introducing the conception, connotation and function of the Information, through the analysis of the importance, necessity and urgency of strengthening our national human resources information exploration utilization and of the current national situation, existing problems and causes, this thesis raises five countermeasures to improve our national human resources exploring and utilizing efficiency. They are: structuring the scientific and ideal human resources information management system, realizing the modernization of human resources information management spreading, mending the pace of cultivating information industry talents, establishing new mechanism for human resources information exploration utilization, legalizing the human resources information exploration and utilization.
