| By means of consulting experts in this field and referring to the requirements of environmental evaluations conducted by organizations such as Asian Development band, this paper set up a system of a comprehensive analysis of site selection of large thermal power plants which has the following characteristics:1.Paying attention to power sustainable development .Optimization of structures, market orientation and promotion of regional developments;2.Using AHP method in the evaluation modeling of the comprehensive analysis of site selection of large thermal power plants;3.By means of Delphi 5 drawing up software system which analyzed data using statistical methods and using improving arithmetic in consistence properties. The model has realized separate operation according to society, environments, economy and technology. Its merit is easy to adjustment in case of changed conditions. |
