Logistics Park Integrated Site Selection Methods Research

Logistics Park Location is an important issue in establishing a logistics system. This paper definitudes the basic concept of the logistics park, expatiates the development characteristic and the necessity of the logistics park in our country, summarizes the sitting method of logistics node, gives a synthetic way of the logistics park sitting. The important goal to locate logistics parks is to minimize the total operational cost. On the basis this paper proposes a modeling method, and a kind of heuristic algorithm is used to solve the question. Several sites are the spare sites. Then, builds the synthetic index system for the site choice of logistics parks, and applies the fuzzy theory to make quantitative analysis for the qualitative index. Further more, the Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to select the optimal location. The last, the paper considers the traffic impact evaluation on the optimal location.
